Charging issues are usually caused by loose cables to the batteries. This can happen if the scooter experiences heavy bangs and drops. This is easily repaired, however. Please open the scooters footplate by removing the screws around the edge of the plastic. After removing the footplate, trace the cables that run into the batteries and make sure they are connected. Re-seal the scooter by attaching the footplate back to the scooter.

My car does not turn on
If your car does not turn on then this will be down to 1 of 3 things. 1 - A connection is out of place. There are a few area's to check, firstly the battery connection. Secondly the connections to the main board and thirdly the connections to the on/off switch. If all of these are connected you can eliminate a connection issue as only these 3 parts would not allow it to power on at all. 2 - Depleted battery, we would recommend to test the batteries on a voltage meter if you are able to do this

If you find the model is only working in either 2WD or 4WD the switch will most likely need replaced. If the model works in 2WD but not 4WD we ask that you check the front motors are connected and working as if either of the two front motors are faulty this may stop the 4WD from working. If the car is going forwards but not backwards then it can be 1 of 2 things causing this. It can be the forward/reverse switch/gear wire has come out or has stopped working or the motherboard. How do I dismantle my wheels ?
There will be 2 potential types of wheels you will have for the dismantling. Clip on wheels Screw on wheels For clip on wheels the removal is really easy all you do is push in the quick release button in the middle of the wheel and you will be able to remove it from the axle. For most screw on wheels they will secure with a nut or split pin and be covered by a hub cap. Once a hub cap is put on you will need to remove this to access the nut or pin to remove them. My wheels are going in opposite directions to each other ?

My Car is Driving automatically ?
If you are finding the car is automatically driving forward the issue would usually lie with the Pedal itself. If the Pedal has jammed so it's constantly in a down position then you would need to turn the car off and attempt to pull the Pedal Cover back out to it's original position. The Pedal Switch may also be the cause of the issue which is located just underneath the Pedal itself. The Pedal Switch is located under the Pedal Cover and are the 2 components of the Pedal.
