We aim to make the entire warranty process clear, concise and as efficient as we can make it. Why does the return need to be inspected before an exchange/refund?
In order to prevent return abuse, we require all returns to be inspected before refunds/exchanges are processed. We aim to inspect returns within 5 working days, however, there are occasions where this will take longer. If a return has gone beyond the expected 5-day turnaround, please contact our customer support team for updates.
Is the battery covered under the warranty?
No , the batteries are not covered under the 12 months warranty. Batteries are deemed as wear and tear items as they require frequent maintenance, Once they leave our warehouse, we have no way of seeing whether the customer adheres to our maintenance advice therefore we cannot replace batteries free of charge. We do offer a battery warranty at a discounted rate at the check out if you do wish to purchase this.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

The following is a shortlist of parts which are excluded from our standard warranty terms but not limited to: Wheels & Tires. Materials including seats and handlebars. Lights & Bulbs. Can I start/extend my warranty at a later date as I have purchased item in advanced?
We unfortunately are unable to extend or start warranty at a preferred date. We do recommend that all boxes are checked over before storing away so if there is any issues we can resolve this for you. All orders do come with a 30 day return for refund/exchange period from date of order and then 12months warranty for repairs and parts and this starts from the date you receive your order.
