What is your Warranty Policy?
Our products come with 1-year warranty coverage for manufacturing defects. We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase This Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, damage and wear to tires, power shocks and other non-durable parts).
How many months warranty do you receive with the product/s?
The only parts which is under warranty with our Ride-On's are the motors and these have a 12 Month warranty. All other parts which we class as consumables including the battery are not warranted.
Why does the return need to be inspected before an exchange/refund?
In order to prevent return abuse, we require all returns to be inspected before refunds/exchanges are processed. We aim to inspect returns within 5 working days, however, there are occasions where this will take longer. If a return has gone beyond the expected 5-day turnaround, please contact our customer support team for updates.
