My car does not turn on

If your car does not turn on then this will be down to 1 of 3 things.

1 - A connection is out of place. There are a few area's to check, firstly the battery connection. Secondly the connections to the main board and thirdly the connections to the on/off switch. If all of these are connected you can eliminate a connection issue as only these 3 parts would not allow it to power on at all.

2 - Depleted battery, we would recommend to test the batteries on a voltage meter if you are able to do this. If you are not able to we do have a video which can help you diagnose a battery fault -

3 - On/Off Switch is faulty. There is no way of testing this as such without replacing the part so if you can eliminate the other 2 issues and can confirm you need a replacement on/off switch we can send this out to you (this applies to buttons or key starts)

If you have managed to verify which part it is you require please send a message to our agents via the contact form confirming your details + part required.

Alternatively you can contact us via live chat between the hours of 9am-3pm.

Please note batteries only come with a standard 30 day coverage, if you have found the battery to be the issue and you have not purchased the battery warranty the battery would need to be purchased.
