What happens if I am out when my order is attempted to be delivered?

The procedures for missed deliveries vary depending on the courier service selected for your shipment.

With Royal Mail, a card is left, offering the option to collect from a depot or rearrange the delivery time at your convenience.

DPD allows up to three redelivery attempts. However, it's essential to contact them upon receiving a card during the second attempt, as a third attempt will not be automatically initiated.

For APC, a single redelivery attempt is made. In the event of a missed delivery, any associated redelivery charges will be transferred to the customer before rescheduling the delivery.

In such instances, notification will be dispatched via email, accompanied by an invoice for your records. Once payment is successfully processed, we can proceed to reschedule the delivery on a day that aligns with your availability.
