Delivery Failure

Before your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information and the anticipated delivery date.

On the day of delivery, a text message will be sent, providing an estimated time of arrival for the driver. It's important to note that we utilize two different couriers for order shipments, chosen based on the item and postal area.

DPD Delivery Failures:

DPD makes up to three delivery attempts. If, after the third attempt, the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to the sender.
Upon the parcel's return to our warehouse, we will promptly contact you to confirm its arrival and discuss the next steps.
Should you opt for a reshipment, a delivery charge will be applied.
If a refund is preferred, the item's cost will be refunded minus the return costs.

Xtra Express Delivery Failures:

On the delivery day, the driver will contact you an hour before attempting delivery.
In the absence of a response, if the driver arrives at the delivery location and receives no answer, attempts will be made to contact you once more.
If all efforts to connect with you fail, we will be notified of the failed delivery by the depot, and the driver will proceed accordingly.
Reattempting an Action Express delivery requires the payment of a redelivery charge.
Failure to pay the redelivery charge will result in the parcel being returned to the sender, with a refund issued deducting the delivery costs.
