Delivery Failure

Prior to the dispatch of your order you will receive an email to advise tracking information and delivery date for you order.

On the day of the delivery you will also receive a text advising a rough ETA the driver will be with you.

We do use 2 couriers to send our orders out depending on the item and postal area.

DPD delivery failures -

DPD will attempt to deliver on 3 occasions , if on the third occasion the parcel is still not been successfully delivered , this will then be returned to sender.

Once we have received this back into our warehouse we will be in touch to advise the order has arrived back into us and will be in touch to see how you wish to proceed.

If you do wish this order to be resent out we will charge you for this delivery.

If you chose for the order to be refunded we will refund the cost of the item minus the return costs.

Action Express delivery failures -

On the day of the delivery the driver will call you an hour before the attempt is made,

If no response and the driver does arrive to the delivery location and there is no answer at the door when knocked he will then attempt to call the number on the order again.

We will then be informed from the depot regarding the failed delivery , if we are unable to get through to you we will advise the driver to move on.

With Action Express deliveries a reattempt will NOT be made until a redelivery charge has been paid.

If no redelivery charge is made we will advise the depot to return this back to sender and we will refund your order with a deduction for the delivery costs.
