My item is too small / too large what is the return process?
In this instance we would not cover the return costs unless we incorrectly advertised the age range. If we did do this please email hello@riiroo.com with the order number, model and details of where the incorrect information was.
We will be more than happy to accept the return on the item within the 30 day period, however, please note it must be returned in the same condition it was sent in (brand new) and in original box, we can suggest parcel2go as they seem to be the cheapest.

The parcel must also be dismantled and packaged in the original box. Any product that is not packaged correctly or safely to prevent damage and we receive the returned item damaged a 20% fee will be deducted from your refund. If your product has been opened and assembled and it is not possible to fully dismantle it we would require you to bubble-wrap this to ensure no damage during transit.
