If you have missed a delivery you will need to re-arrange this and depending on which courier we use for your delivery will be depend on how you do it.

We use 3 couriers

Royal Mail - If you have missed a Royal Mail delivery you will have up to 2 weeks to go and get this from the sorting hub after this they will return the item to us. If it has been returned you will have to contact us via live chat or hello@riiroo.com to get us to re-send the shipment for you.
For any orders which are returned back to sender due to failed attempts, for us to resend this there will be a £3 postage fee.

DPD - If you have missed a DPD delivery the driver will usually leave a calling card for you to re-arrange your delivery via the app. You will be able to choose the next date you are available within that week. DPD will attempt 3 times before returning the item to us.
For any orders which are returned back to sender due to the 3 failed attempts, for us to resend this there will be a £15 fee.

Action Express - Any missed deliveries with Action Express a re delivery charge will apply, the cost of this is dependent on your postal address which the customer care team will contact you about to take payment and arrange the redelivery of the pallet to a suitable date.
The depot will hold the item for 5 working days before a storage fee of £10 per day will be applied. If we have no response from customer to our attempts of contact regarding the payment/arranging of redelivery we will request that this is returned to sender where a refund minus the return costs will be issued.
