How do I return my Item? How long does this take?

Returns due to issues such as damage, faults, missing parts, or incorrect item delivery will be promptly addressed by our team, and we will arrange for the necessary collection or provide a return label for your convenience.

For returns initiated for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or the desire to exchange for a different model, kindly note that you are responsible for arranging the return. We gladly accept returns within the 30-day period, but it is essential that the item is returned in its original condition (brand new) and packaging. For your convenience, we recommend utilizing Parcel2Go for cost-effective shipping.

Please ensure that the parcel is dismantled and packaged in the original box. In the event of improper packaging leading to damage during transit, a 20% fee will be deducted from your refund. If the product cannot be fully dismantled, we kindly request you to bubble-wrap it to prevent any potential damage.

Due to the ongoing crisis, we advise all customers to disinfect their parcels before returning them to us. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

If you have already connected the battery, please disconnect it in the same manner as when it was originally sent to you. Additionally, provide us with details on the courier and the tracking number to facilitate tracking once the item is returned.

Once the returned item is received at our facility, our returns department will diligently inspect it within 3-5 working days and proceed with the refund process. We will promptly notify you once the return inspection is completed, and the refund has been issued. Please note that the refund may take 3-5 working days to reflect on the card used for the purchase.
