If I do not like my item can I exchange for alternative model?

We understand that sometimes you may not like the product you ordered however, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges in this case.

Instead, we suggest that you place a new order for the alternative model that you prefer, and then return the original item using the steps outlined below:

We will be more than happy to accept the return on the item, however, please note it must be returned in the same condition it was sent in (brand new) and in original box, we can suggest parcel2go as they seem to be the cheapest.

Our address is: RiiRoo™ & We R Sports™, 5 Godwin Road, Earlstrees Industrial Estate, Northants, Corby, NN17 4DS

The parcel must also be dismantled and packaged in the original box. Any product that is not packaged correctly or safely to prevent damage and we receive the returned item damaged a 20% fee will be deducted from your refund. If your product has been opened and assembled and it is not possible to fully dismantle it we would require you to bubble-wrap this to ensure no damage during transit.

If you have any questions in regard to the above details please get in touch with us.

Due to the current crisis, we have been instructed to advise all customers to disinfect their parcels before sending them back to us. We appreciate you're understanding of the matter.

If you have already connected the battery, please ensure this is disconnected the same way it was originally sent to you. This is a health & safety hazard to send in transit with the battery terminal connected and the batteries can deplete if not charged every 2 weeks. If the battery is found to be dead this is not covered under the warranty unless you have purchased the battery warranty.

Please also tell us the courier and the tracking number, once this has been returned back to us so we can keep track of when this comes back.
