If I do not like my item can I exchange for alternative model?

We acknowledge that there may be instances where the received product does not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, our policy does not facilitate direct exchanges in such cases.

However, we propose an alternative solution: kindly place a new order for the preferred model, and subsequently, follow the outlined steps for returning the original item:

We gladly accept returns, but it is essential to ensure that the item is returned in its original, brand-new condition, including the original packaging. We recommend the use of Parcel2Go, as they currently offer cost-effective shipping options.

Please note that the parcel must be properly dismantled and packaged in its original box. In the event of improper packaging leading to damage during transit, a 20% fee will be deducted from the refund. If the product has been opened, assembled, and cannot be fully dismantled, we advise thorough bubble-wrapping to prevent damage.

Due to the ongoing crisis, we kindly request all customers to disinfect their parcels before returning them to us, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If you have already connected the battery, please ensure it is disconnected as originally sent, as sending it with the battery terminal connected poses a health and safety hazard. Batteries can deplete if not charged every two weeks, and dead batteries are not covered under warranty unless a separate battery warranty is purchased.

Additionally, inform us of the courier and tracking number once the return is initiated for our record-keeping.
