Failed collections

You have the option to choose a collection date for an item, it's important to select a date that is convenient for you and that you will be available to have the item collected. Once you have selected a date, it's important to make sure that you are available during the specified time period for the collection.

Collections can only take place Monday- Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Unfortunately, time cannot be specified and someone must be home to meet the driver.

The collection will only take place once. If you miss the scheduled collection time, you may need to reschedule the collection for another date or pay for additional collection fees. It's also important to ensure that the item is properly packaged and ready for collection on the selected date, to avoid any delays or issues with the collection.
