Do you guarantee next day delivery?
If you order on express delivery before 1pm (Mon-Thur), we will process your order the same day and despatch on an overnight service.
Delivery is then dependant on the couriers that we use, to deliver your parcel.
Some very large items or orders with multiple toys in them may not be able to be delivered overnight as they may require a specialised courier service.
If this is the case, your express delivery charge will be refunded to you.
