Can my item be left safe ?

When organizing the delivery of an item, the feasibility of leaving the item in a secure location is contingent upon the courier selected for the delivery.

Our services are facilitated through three distinct couriers:

Royal Mail:
Safe delivery is not an option as it entails non-signed delivery, and items, particularly small ones, will be posted.

DPD:
On the DPD app, you have the option to request the item to be left in a secure location or with a neighbour. Tracking details are provided at 5 pm on the day of dispatch, allowing you to make this request prior to delivery. It is essential to acknowledge that leaving items in a secure place carries inherent risks, including potential theft or damage. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for items left in a safe place.

Xtra Express:
For pallet deliveries facilitated by Action Express, leaving items in a secure location is not feasible due to the value of the items. These deliveries necessitate a signature upon receipt to ensure their secure handling.

We appreciate your understanding of these considerations as we prioritize the secure and reliable delivery of your items.
