Can I return an in-store purchase without a receipt?

If you made an in-store purchase and need to return the item, it's important to keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Without a receipt, we are not able to process the return or provide a refund.

Please do ensure this is brought back with your item.

The normal return conditions apply so you will have to do this within your 30 day return period and the item will have to be new in the original packaging
