Can I change my address once order is placed?

We regret to inform you that once an order has been confirmed and placed, we are unable to make any changes to the provided address.

However, if you reach out to our customer service team via email, they can check with the warehouse to see if it is possible to cancel the order.

If the cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund, and we recommend placing a new order with the correct address.

Please note, if the order has already been dispatched, return courier fees will be deducted from the refund.
