This could be for a number of reasons.

The other reason that you may not have had a confirmation yet is because a small number of orders are quarantined for financial checking. This is nothing to worry about, we just like to be vigilant to protect us as a business and, of course, protect our customers.

If this is the case, your order should be released within 24 hours and the confirmation email will be on its way to you.

Final reason could be , that the payment has failed to be processed , If you have not received an email confirmation with your order number this means the order was not processed. The funds will show taken from your account however they are frozen by the bank as payment was attempted but was not successful.
