I purchased an item and realised it's the wrong one I wanted

Instead, we recommend initiating a new order for the desired alternative model and subsequently returning the original item by following the outlined steps:


-We gladly accept returns, provided that the item is returned in the same pristine condition as it was dispatched, including its original packaging.

-Please dispatch the return to our address: RiiRoo™ & We R Sports™, 5 Godwin Road, Earlstrees Industrial Estate, Northants, Corby, NN17 4DS.

-The parcel should be carefully dismantled and packaged in its original box. Failure to adhere to proper packaging may result in a deduction from your refund in the event of damage during transit.

-If the product has been assembled and cannot be fully dismantled, we request thorough bubble-wrapping to prevent any damage in transit.
