Failed collections

Collections are exclusively conducted Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm. Regrettably, specific time slots cannot be guaranteed, and it is requisite for someone to be present at the location to facilitate the meeting with the driver.


Please note that collections occur on a singular occasion. In the event of a missed scheduled collection, you may be required to reschedule for an alternate date or incur additional collection fees. Additionally, it is crucial to have the item appropriately packaged and prepared for collection on the chosen date to mitigate any potential delays or complications in the collection process.
