Are returns free?

However, if your decision to return the item is based on personal preferences, a change of mind, or the desire to exchange it for a different model, kindly understand that you would be responsible for organizing the return yourself.

We are more than willing to accept returns within the 30-day period, but it's imperative to ensure that the item is returned in the same pristine condition it was originally sent in, with its original packaging. It's crucial to dismantle and package the item in its original box to prevent any potential damage during transit. Please be aware that if the returned item is not packaged securely and arrives in a damaged condition, a 20% fee will be deducted from your refund.
