What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by receiving an incorrect or faulty item.

To expedite the resolution process, kindly provide us with the following information:

Your full name
Order number and delivery postcode
Product name and code (available on your order confirmation email)
Clear pictures depicting the fault or the incorrect item received
You can submit this information via the contact form on our website or directly to hello@riiro.com.

Please note that if you reach out after 30 days from the date of delivery, the return period may have expired. However, we remain committed to assisting you. If the item received was incorrect and remains unused with its original packaging intact, we can facilitate an exchange for the correct item.

In the case of a faulty item, we will provide replacement parts or address the issue accordingly. Should neither option be feasible, we will arrange for a replacement item.
