My battery is not holding charge

If the battery is not fully charged before the first and each use this can drain the battery.
Other causes can be letting the item fully die before re-charging this should be charged as it begins to run flat, or under/over charging.

If your battery is within the 30-day warranty period, we may be able to change this free of charge.
