How to use this documentation?

Just like anything with moving parts, regular maintenance and checks should be carried out with our ride on toys.

If you have any questions regarding maintenance and repairs which we do not answer here, please contact our support team.

Check the charging cable for cuts and signs of cable fatigue.

Check the charging brick (the bit that goes into the wall socket)

Check the batteries for signs of damage or wear.

Check the cables and cable clips. Make sure they are securely clipped on and not left loose.

Check the charging port for any signs of damage.

Check the plastic for any sharp cracks.

Use lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts such as wheels or steering column bars.

Use a tarp to cover the vehicle from water if storing outside in summer.

Recharge the battery after each use. The battery should only be charged by an adult.

Recharge the battery at least once a month when the vehicle is not being used.

Clean the vehicle with a soft, dry cloth

To restore shine to plastic parts, use non-wax furniture polish

Do not use car wax.

Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Make sure the Ride on Toy is switched off when not in use.

Monthly charging is still required even if the battery is disconnected.

Do not drive the vehicle in loose dirt, sand or fine gravel which could damage the moving parts, motors or the electric system.

Do not wash the vehicle with soap and water.

Keep the vehicle away from sources of heat, such as stoves and heaters. Plastic parts may melt.

Do not drive the vehicle in rainy or snowy weather. Water will damage the motor, electric system and battery.

Do not wash the vehicle with a hose.

Do not drive the vehicle in loose dirt, sand or fine gravel which could damage the moving parts, motors or the electric system.
