# Would I get a time slot for delivery?

For orders dispatched via different carriers:


DPD: A precise 1-hour delivery time slot will be communicated to you on the scheduled delivery day, providing an estimate of the expected delivery time.

APC (Pallet Deliveries): Although there may be instances where a 2-hour delivery window is offered, it's essential to note that this is not consistently guaranteed. The delivery, in this case, is designated as an all-day delivery, with the specific timing subject to variations based on the delivery route and schedule.

Royal Mail: Please be aware that there is no designated time slot for the delivery when utilizing Royal Mail services.
