# Why are my back wheels plastic on the MaxDriftz Go Kart ?

If you have upgraded the tyres on the MaxDriftz only the Front tyres will be upgraded to the Soft EVA. 

This is due to the Rear wheels do need to be plastic to allow the model to drift.
