What to do if returning an item for repair?

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE RETURN
The item must come back the same way it was received. It must be dismantled and in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging you must source an alternative as the courier will not collect anything that is not safely + securely packaged.

When dismantling the car/bike please ensure that all fixings are kept safely in a small bag that can be easily located and to be gentle not to cause any damage. If you are unsure on how to dismantle a specific part of the car/bike you can get back in touch with us and we will be able to advise you.

We are not able to collect any products containing hazardous or contain flammable liquids or gases materials this means for Petrol ride-ons you must drain any you must drain the petrol out of the tank. For electric products please ensure the battery is disconnected the same way it was received.

If we receive an item back either USED, DAMAGED, with MISSING PARTS or not in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING then we may not be able to offer a refund or there will be a deduction to the total refund depending on the condition of the item.

If you have any questions in regard to the above details please get in touch with us.
