# My car pedal is not working

If you are experiencing difficulty with your car pedal please follow the instructions below, if you need further assistance please contact us at https://riiroo.com/pages/contact-us or use our live chat feature.

If you are finding the car to work with the remote but not pedal this would be a fault with the pedal switch.

You can determine this if you were to remove the pedal and touch the 2 wires together (this is completely safe to do so) if this makes the car drive this will confirm the pedal switch is faulty.
