# My battery is not holding charge

If your battery is not holding charge please complete these steps below, if you are still experiencing issues please contact us at https://riiroo.com/pages/contact-us or use our live char feature.


If the battery is not fully charged before the first and each use this can drain the battery.


Other causes can be letting the item fully die before re-charging this should be charged as it begins to run flat, or under/over charging.


If you believe that this has not been done correctly we can help you with purchasing a new battery.


If your battery is within the 30-day warranty period, we may be able to change this free of charge.
