First, check the charger for visible signs of damage:

1) Unplug the charger from mains
2) Run your hand along the cable to check for cuts and tears on the cable.

Does the charger have a burning smell? If so, please dispose of it and contact our support team for a replacement.

Did you reset the scooter?

Use the “reset” button that is located on the left-hand side of the scooter.

If all else fails, please contact support.
