# If I have an issue with an item do you have engineers that come out?

If you have any issues with your item please contact us at https://riiroo.com/pages/contact-us or use our live chat feature on our website.
Our technicians cannot come out to your address to repair the item.
However we can arrange a collection for the item to come back to us and they will repair it in our warehouse and send it back to you after.
