# I have returned my item and wanted to know when will I get my refund


As customary procedure, we endeavor to commence the refund process within the span of 5-7 working days subsequent to the receipt of your returned item. A comprehensive examination of the vehicle by our skilled technician will be conducted. Following the successful processing of the refund, notification will be promptly conveyed to you via email.
