# How do I return an item I have changed my mind on?

We graciously accept returns within the confines of our 30-day return policy. Kindly ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and in the pristine condition in which it was initially dispatched to you.

For a cost-effective and reliable return option, we recommend utilizing Parcel2Go. However, you retain the flexibility to select any other courier service of your preference.

Upon arranging the return, please furnish us with the courier name and tracking number. Additionally, notify our dedicated staff so that we can promptly relay this information to the warehouse/returns department.
