For express delivery orders placed before 1pm, Monday through Thursday, we commit to processing and dispatching your order on the same day, utilizing an overnight service for swift delivery.

The ultimate delivery timeline is contingent upon the couriers employed for your parcel's transportation. Notably, certain sizable items or orders encompassing multiple toys may necessitate a specialized courier service, potentially impacting the ability to achieve an overnight delivery.

In such instances, rest assured that any express delivery charges incurred will be promptly refunded to you.
