# Can I return an in-store purchase without a receipt?

In the event of selecting a showroom display model, it will be available at a discounted price and is excluded from the refund policy.
Conversely, should you decide to procure a brand-new item from our store, a refund is applicable within a 30-day timeframe, contingent upon the condition that the item remains unopened in its original packaging and has not been utilized.
