# Can I come and collect my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the delivery method to click and collect.

Nevertheless, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated customer service team. They will assess the feasibility of canceling the current delivery and facilitate the placement of a new order, specifically tailored to the click and collect option.
